Best--
Sweet potatoes-- One of the best vegetables you can eat! (not me lol i hate them!) they're loaded with carotenoids, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber.
MANGOES!-- Supply you with 100% day's vitamin C, 1/3 day's vitamin A, a decent dose of blood-pressure-lowering potassium, and 3grams of fiber. Also it is one of the fruits less likely to have pesticide residues.
Unsweetened Greek Yogurt-- About 17 grams of protein in 6 ounces of plain greek yogurt.
Broccoli-- (One of my favorites! YUMMM) lots of vitamin C, carotenoids, vitamin K and folic acid.
Wild Salmon-- "The omega" 3 fats in fatty fish like salmon can help reduce the chance of sudden death heart attacks! Wild salmon has less PCB contaminants than farmed salmon.
Crispbreads-- Loaded with fiber and often fat free! (Wasa, Kavli, and Ryvita)
Garbanoza Beans--All beans are good beans. They're rich in protein, fiber, iron. magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Garbanozas stand out though because they're so versatile.
Watermelon!!-- This is a heavyweight CHAMP! A standard serving (about 2 cups) is 1/3 of a day's vitamin A and C, a nice shot of potassium, and a healthy dose of lycopene for only 80 fat-free, salt-free calories.
Butternut Squash-- (YUM!) Vitimans A, C, and lots of fiber
Leafy Greens-- Vitamins A, C, and K! folate, magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron, lutein, and fiber.
